About Kris - Founder of Krissfit-Stay Strong

Country of origin – Bulgaria
Kris Baychev is an accredited Corrective Exercise Specialist and has been certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His fitness and bodybuilding career began in 2003 when he volunteered for his military service in the Bulgarian Armed Forces. There he was in charge of leading the morning physical training drills for over 500 people. After finishing his service, he focused his attention on outdoor workouts and bodybuilding. Year by year he built up his knowledge, gaining experience and honing his skills – how to train safely and effectively in order to reach a multitude of fitness goals. Realizing that this is his calling he decided to help individuals develop themselves and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Kris is versed in training all age groups with his youngest client being 13 and the oldest in his 70’s. Kris is passionate to show his clients that fitness is a part of an overall healthy lifestyle, his specialties are sports injury prevention and recovery, bodybuilding, core stabilization, fat-loss, strength and conditioning, wrestling training and event specific personal training. He claims for him no goal is unreachable and no challenge too great.

About Ivan - CPT with Krissfit-Stay Strong

Ivan has been a personal trainer since 2016 and has worked with hundreds of people in that time. He has always been driven by the passion to help other people succeed in their fitness journey. As a child he used to play all kinds of sports including volleyball, soccer, karate, dancing and swimming. He has been passionate about sports since he was a little kid. Ivan specializes in weight-loss, core and balance and corrective exercise trainings. Also creating custom workouts and customizing nutrition plans according to the taste of the people, he works with them and their needs. His goal is to have the most positive impact on the lives of the people he works with, helping them become the healthiest, happier version of themselves. He believes that everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy inside and out!

Christopher Willever grew up in Alexandria, Virginia. Chris is certified personal trainer with National Strength and Conditioning Association. Learning the value of fitness through his own adversities, Chris found he had a gift to help others overcome their struggles; whether they be health or confidence; through training and nutrition. He has trained clients in the Alexandria, Virginia area for several years. Chris is passionate about putting love and happiness into everything he does. He loved to be a part of Krissfit-Stay Strong team and share his workout experience with all individuals.

About Sam - Sales manager and accountant of Krissfit-Stay Strong

Sam has started his career in 2007 as a professional lifeguard for ‘’High Sierra Pools Inc’’. Next year he became a Facility Manager at Arlington Forest Club and not too long after that he was chosen for one of the recruiters and instructors for the American Red Cross. In the next 8 years he combined his job duties with schedule making, sales promoting, accounting, recruiting and organizing a smooth start for the new employees. In 2016 he decided to change the subject and started working as a Facility Manager in one of the biggest breweries in Europe - Bulgaria. In 2020 he played a role in supporting and starting the foundations of KrissFit Stay Strong. Since then, he is a part of our team KrissFit Stay Strong.
